We don&#039;t dispense any kind of advice here, medical or otherwise, but you may want to check out research as to potential brain areas involved in OCD behavior, as well as brain plasticity research. It&#039;s interesting to me that the brain is so plastic, and that people who practice a way of thought - like Buddist monks -- can actually have different parts of their brain look differently from controls under a brain scanner.</description>
