Since pathological liars have lots of white matter, is psychopathy a local disconnect? If that is due to neuroinflammation, can we vaccinate against psychopathy?

Psychopaths seem to have a white matter disconnect that is pretty local. Plus they have a gaping cavern in the middle of their brains, where cerebral spinal fluid circulates.
